J & K Ranch Kennels, based in Houston, Texas provides Leadership Coaching and Team Building Services in a relaxed and confidential environment using the Equine Assisted Learning Modality, commonly referred to as EAL Modality. Each event is structured to meet your Individual, Group, Company, Organizational or Corporate objectives.
The EAL Modality is a “hands on” or EXPERIENCIAL LEARNING that bridges the gap between the academic, technological, office, online or classroom setting. Experiential learning is not a new concept. It’s efficacy has been researched and documented for decades.
The EAL Modality is not about knowledge of horses, horse behavior or horsemanship. This Modality uses horses because as prey animals, they are highly relationship sensitive with highly developed survival skills that enable them to read energy, focus, intent, body language and behavior, thus making them effective ” coaches” for enhancing relationship, interaction and communication skills. They also provide the opportunity for us to consider how the other thinks and how to meet their needs. This Modality provides the perfect tool for language and culture differences! This Modality also allows for insight, adjustment, improvement, success, failure, creative problem solving and collaboration which translates into increased performance, productivity and bottom line results.

PAYMENT
Payment form is by Credit Card Processing following our initial scheduled conversation.
In regard to price for the Event we will need to evaluate objectives, number of participants, number of facilitators needed, number of horses needed, if lunch will be included and our costs in regard to facility and liability insurance for the Event.
The total cost for the Event is divided into two equal payments. The INITIAL PAYMENT confirms the date of the Event and use of the facility.
The BALANCE DUE is processed at the conclusion of the Event.
